The UNISON NI consultation on the Agnew holiday pay case commenced on Monday 12th of February and will close on the 11th of March 2024. Our consultation is being publicised through social media posts and workplace posters (see attached). These posts and posters contain a link to the UNISON NI website. Only the website contains the detailed information necessary for members to identify if they have a potential claim and information on how to access a short questionnaire which will allow their claim to be assessed.
